On Wednesday, March 5, 2003, faculty and graduate teaching assistants will again assemble at the University of South Florida to explore the teaching and learning applications of technology in higher education. “The meaningful integration of the University with its external community” continues to be one of USF’s highest priorities. Consequently, our eighth annual Symposium on 21st Century Teaching Technologies will not only showcase USF faculty and graduate teaching assistants who are using computers and other technology tools to enhance teaching and learning, but will also feature exceptional colleagues from Tampa Bay regional community and junior colleges. Calling All Faculty and GTA Pre-registrants...
We Need Your Immediate Help...

Steve Ehrmann, this year's Symposium keynote speaker has asked for your help today.

As part of his contribution to our Symposium, Steve would like you to respond to some questions about how you and your students are using e-mail, the Web, video and other electronic technology in teaching and learning. He has created an anonymous online survey asking you to describe some of these teaching ideas in a form that other faculty can use. In other words, he is going to utilize the input you share via the survey to help faculty at the Symposium exchange ideas about how to improve teaching. Completing the survey should only take about 20-30 minutes. If you respond today, Steve will have time to analyze the results, create an online library of these ideas, and discuss them in his keynote address.

To respond to the survey, please go to this URL: http://CTLSilhouette.wsu.edu/surveys/ZS11842

Many thanks in advance for making the time in your busy schedules to complete this important pre-Symposium survey.
