The Center for 21st Century Teaching Excellence Media Innovation Team is comprised of teams of instructional designers, multimedia specialists, web developers, audiovisual and video production experts. Together with faculty university-wide and community-based clients, C21TE staff design and implement instructional technology solutions.

Video Production Group Multimedia and Web Development Group:
Coordinates and supports instructional models that use telephony and broadcast technologies such as videoconferences, teleconferences and video streaming Designs and produces online courses
Provides field production coverage for projects and special events Consults with faculty to redesign curricula for technology-assisted environments
Consults on audio and video design, production and delivery Develops credit and non-credit web courses, complete online programs of study including graduate certificates and course web sites
Creates documentaries, promotional tools, and other video presentation materials (scripting, shooting, and editing for digital and analog formats) Programs database applications
 

Designs and develops new media content, including:

  • 2D and 3D illustration and animation
  • CD-ROM, DVD, and kiosk authoring
  • Course management systems (Blackboard)
  • Digital video effects, post production and streaming
  • Web development (programming and authoring)
