Individual confidential consultations to help faculty address concerns such as promoting active and inquiry-based learning, creating instructional and technology materials, designing assessment tools, or identifying and resolving classroom and online challenges.
Classroom visit on a date designated by the instructor, with a confidential post-visit feedback session.
Videotaping of the session is optional.
Faculty lab for workshops, located in SVC1072 . Cutting edge technologies are installed on lab computers to foster development of instructional technology skills for faculty and TAs.
General Education support services for faculty proposing general education courses with resources to develop general education certification proposals.
Elluminate Live! support for Blackboard access to live online communication with students, allowing dynamic interaction among students and instructors online.
iTunes U support for Blackboard access to private course and public areas of iTunes U along with other podcasting opportunities.
Media Innovation Team (MIT)
MIT includes instructional designers, multimedia specialists, web course developers, and audiovisual and video production experts. Together with faculty and community-based clients, MIT staff design and implement the integration of technology in teaching and learning (including Blackboard).
MIT offers online course conversion services, learning object development, and custom online learning development.

Increments and Transformations Institute: Using Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning Annual program for USF faculty starting with an intensive summer session and continuing with fall and spring components.
Provost’s Award for Outstanding Teaching by a Graduate Teaching Assistant Annual cash awards and plaques for outstanding Teaching Assistants nominated by their faculty supervisors.
Innovative Teaching Grant Program Annual funding for innovative teaching projects up to $4,000 for individual faculty and $10,000 for department level projects.
Annual Workshops for New Faculty, New Teaching Assistants, and New International Teaching Assistants in August.
